Dana's Hi-Low

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 8285)

These patterns are fairly basic but can be made more intense with high-impact or plyo moves.

Combo 1

Note: On the Double-Knees, I show the option of tapping out to the side in between the 2 knees. I cue: "Step, Knee, Tap-out, Knee". It's essentially the same as a knee cross-over, except instead of crossing over the other leg, your tap goes the other direction (to the outside).
(This combo self-reverses)

Combo 2

(This combo self-reverses)

Combo 3

You can stop here and go on to the left lead, but I continue on with the following, which does not self-reverse, then put Combos 3 and 4 together to make one 64-count combo. If Combo 3 started on the right leg, you will have to start Combo 4 on the left leg and reverse all "rights" and "lefts".

Combo 4

(This combo does not self-reverse unless combined with Combo 3)

Please feel free to email me with comments or questions.

Enjoy and Keep 'em Sweating!!
