Jeff Christensen's Low Moves I.

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 8300)

Part A.

Part B. (facing back wall)

Repeat Part B with left lead.

Repeat Part A and return to start position facing front wall.

Notes: This is a great sequence if you have the room to travel laterally. Teach Part B facing the front mirror to begin then add it to Part A facing the back wall.

Key cues:
Hamstring curls/ knee lifts - don't forget the step then lift/curl.

Diagonal grapevines - cue to left/right back corner.
