Aquatic Ideas

This is an Aquatic pattern from (pattern 8308)

I rarely use a lot of choreography when I teach Aqua, however any of these ideas can be formatted to your own style of teaching.

Start out with a warm up of 5-10 minutes. This usually consists of walking or slow jogging in a circle or side to side depending on how the pool is set up.

After stretching have everyone form a circle to begin class.

Set One:

(students are kicking into the middle of the circle so they do not kick each other!)

Set Two:

These sets can be done in between jogging around the pool for a few laps, or cross counrty skiing back and forth a few times.
