Headwind Sprints

This is a Cycling pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 8316)

This is a simple drill, but effective.

Find a good song that increases tempo at various points in the drill:

Simple ride along at 45% resistance (simulate a headwind).
When the sing increases tempo, sprint!
When the tempo slows, slow down the cadence.

The only tough part is getting the class to leave the resistance at 45% after the sprint.
