This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 8322)

This is a pattern I put together with the help of my participants at Dalplex, the fitness facility at Dalhousie University -- hence the name! Of course I have to acknowledge the contributors to this site too -- I get so much choreography from you guys, no doubt you'll recognize some of it here!

Step is vertical, with everyone starting at the south end of the step (facing the front of the room).

Block #1:

Repeat pattern to return to south end of step.

Block #2:

Block #3:

Block #4:

Repeat entire four blocks again.

*Touch and turn: After you've walked across the step (two steps on the bench and then two on the floor), the foot that is ready to come forward and take another step touches to the side twice while you turn around 180 degrees. That same foot is the one to do the first side-to side step for the next part.
