This is a
Step pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 6371)
Step is horizontal
Right lead; self-reversing!
Combo 1
- 3 Hamstrings on top of the step, 3rd knee turn (face the
back (south) of the room) and exit off the (right) side
of the step [8 counts]
- Across the top 1x [4]
- 1/4 Hop forward (takes you back to the back of the step,
left leg is beside the step you are facing the right or
east wall) [4]
- Knees around the world (knee straddle knee, turn, other
end, knee straddle knee) [16]
Repeat left lead
Combo 2
- Turn 1x [4]
- Jumpshot 1x (like your shooting a basketball into
the hoop, with the hop on top of the step?!) [4]
- Turn 1x [4]
- Jumpshot 1x [4]
- Up, up 4 lunges, exit (right) [12]
- Diagonal hopturn (diagonal with a hop to face the
opposite wall, on the opposite side of the step) [4]
Repeat left lead
Combo 3
- Up, up, straddle down [4]
- On the floor (straddling the bench), walk forward 2
counts (right, left) [2]
- Up, up, 4 lunges, stay on top of the step (you are still
facing the left or west wall) [10]
- Squat to right (left leg stays on the bench, right foot
squats to the floor): back up on top [4]
- Squat to left and exit off this time: stay at this
end [4]
- Helicopter (hop around the end; now facing the east
wall) [4]
- Over the top [4]
Repeat left lead
