Lower Body Exertube Exercises

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 6362)

Here are a couple of exercises for lower body using the tubes:

Partner up as in the pattern Partner up with exertubes

Step way back from each other and do squats, you can squat and do rows or just squats. Puts you in perfect squat position. A great way to teach someone form if they are formless.

Inner outer thighs - quads and hamstrings

You will need a step and a step mat

Begin reducing to 8's, 4's, 2's, and then finish with down - up - open - close.

Cue them to be sure back is flat on the step. If these exercises bother anybody's back, they can do them on the floor or replace the tubing with ankle weights.
