Inge's easy hi/lo combination

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 6368)

This pattern has only basic steps, because I think that everybody in my class should be able to follow the combination. Besides you can do this combination in high or in low impact. And you can also do this combination at the and of your class on faster music. For body-gym lessons you can also use dumbbells.
