Cardio punch

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 6377)

These patterns start in right fight stance. They are not self-reversing. Do all on the right then do unto the left.


Repeat all patterns on the left lead in left fight stance.


Repeat all of pattern on the left lead in left fight stance.


Standing in neutral, facing center. Repeat entire pattern with the left lead

Now for kicks


Standing in neutral, facing center.

4 sets
Do the pattern again then add a double right flick kick (4) 8 sets
Repeat all on the left. Or you can combine them into alternating sides. The flick kicks are done in a very controlled movement without fully extending the legs. They are very compact. If you do not know what a double flick kick is I will briefly explain. Right kick to the side but pulse the kick 2x before you come down.
