Cardio punch and kick
This is a
BoxAerobics pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 6410)
Right lead to start.
#1.
- Double step touch to the right or shuffle with 3
quick jabs (4)
- Left leg lunge forward (watch form) with left arm
block (1)
- (still in lunge) Jab right and left (2)
- Bring lunge back to in (1)
- Squat to the left with 3 quick right jabs towards the
floor (pretend you are stepping on some bad dude with
your left squat then hit him in the face with those 3
right jabs) (Now it's getting fun) (4)
- Squat to the right with 3 quick left jabs downwards
(Different bad dude) (4)
- 4 Single lunges left and right (either side to side or
to the back) with uppercuts or hooks (whatever punch you
want) (8)
- 4 Front kicks left and right (8)
Now repeat the entire combination on the left lead.
