Jack, Punch and Kick!!!

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 6394)

Turn to your right and repeat above except insert side kicks in place of the front kicks.

Turn to your right again and repeat but this time use front kicks

Turn to your right again and repeat using side kicks

Turn front again and finish with 8 jumping jacks (16)

This is a killer cardio boost as well as a good leg workout!!
