Combo 1
- Grapevine x2 (8)
- Box step x2 (8)
- Side lunge x4 (8)
- Double knee crossovers x2 (8)
Combo 2
- Scoop forwards x4 (8)
- Jog for 8 counts [2 facing right side, 2 facing back, 2 facing left side, 2 facing front] (8)
- Hamstring curl x4 (8)
- Heel digs travelling backwards x8 (8)
Combo 3
- Mambo cha cha cha x2 (8)
- Inner thigh lift x2, lunge back x2 (8)
- Inner thigh lift x2, Lunge back x2 (8)
- Double jack x2 (8)
Combo 4
- Double side step right, walk forwards (8)
- Double side step left, walk backwards (8)
- Double knee lift, kick x2 (8)
- Double knee lift, kick x2 (8)
When the class are confident with all the routines I add them all together and on the last 8 counts get them to turn 1/4
turn to face the right side and repeat fom the top, then another 1/4 turn and do it facing the back, etc. until they
are facing the front again.
