Heather's Cardio Blastoff !
This is a
BoxAerobics pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 6417)
- 4 V-steps right with hooks (1-16)
- 1 Bodybuilder (1-16)
- 4 V-steps left with uppercuts (1-16)
- 1 Bodybuilder (1-16)
I have two different levels for my bodybuilder. Everybody
in class starts with level one.
Level #1
- (Feet are close together) Squat down 2 counts
- March out,out,in,in (slow - 1/2 time)
- Squat up 2 counts
Level #2
- (Feet are close together) Squat down 2 counts
- Push feet back (push-up position)
- Take legs out wide in a V
- Bring them back together (push-up position)
- Bring feet up to your hands (leapfrog position)
- Squat up 2 counts
I did this combo in class this morning and they loved it!
