3 Right arm jabs moving forward, 1 left xpunch, 3 slides back right foot in front, 1 right knee up. 2 left leg roundhouse kicks (kicking towards the rear) & 2 blocks. Do this at tempo. Then do it at double time & decrease the 3 slides down to 2. To get to the left side do 8 jacks in between & repeat on the left side. Each side is 32 count.
