This is a
BoxAerobics pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 6423)
Start in Boxer's stance.....
- Jab, cross, jab, knee block (4X)
- Change knee to a kick 4X
- Shuffle it out and turn towards the back wall (making a
half circle, now you are facing the other side)
- Shuffle it out (stay in boxers stance)
- Walk up (3 count) right foot front kick, right foot side
kick then squat down into an "on Guard" position (hold 1
second count)
- Shuffle back (8 count)
Now repeat jab cross jab knee on this side and shuffle around
and do the walk up kicks other side...
