Show off abs

This is an Abs pattern from (pattern 6425)

Have your participants start off doing normal full sit ups with their hands extended to the front. I have mine do about 20. After this, we hold the situp half of the way up for 10 seconds and then down for 10 seconds. Repeat this about 4 times.

Next, hold it for 30.

Once they get up to the point where they can all do it, up your time to 45 seconds, and then for a minute.

It gives them a goal to work for, and they're entertained by seeing if you can do it.

Easy for anyone to do, but it uses the sides more than normal crunches.
