Combo #1:
Starting with right hand forward:
- 1 X Jab right (2)
- 1 X Uppercut right (2)
- 2 X Cross (or power) (4)
- Repeat above 3 X
- 2 X Fast jab
- 2 X Fast cross
Run or march to switch sides, and repeat left side
Combo #2:
Facing front -
- 3 X Fast jab right, (turning to the left) (4)
- 2 X Alternating knee smashes left & right (facing
front) (4)
- 3 X Fast jab left, (turning to the right) (4)
- 2 X Alternating knee smashes right & left (4)
Repeat above 4 x, then make the knees jumping knee smashes
Combo #3:
- 1 X Double step to right & jab left (4)
- 1 X Sidekick right (2)
- 1 X Hop together & clap (2)
Repeat left side
- 1 X Big step over (like a big step-touch) (2)
- 1 X Sidekick right (2)
Repeat, moving to left
