This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 6444)

Combo #1:

Starting with right hand forward: Run or march to switch sides, and repeat left side

Combo #2:

Facing front - Repeat above 4 x, then make the knees jumping knee smashes

Combo #3:

Repeat left side Repeat, moving to left
