This is an Abs pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 6447)

Hi just a quick ab set compiled of a couple moves, that when put together are pretty tough

First set: roll down from an upright sitting position, 1,2,3,4.

Oblique circle clockwise, 4x. (regular cruch position circle upper body keeping lower back anchored, elbows back, chin up)

Roll up for 1,2,3,4. Repeat, just second set of oblique rolls, counter clockwise! Please let me know what you think!!!!
