Heartrate Check Frenzy

Hard to believe but the favorite part of my student's workout
is the 3 minute cardio and heartrate check afterwards. Go
figure!
- 1 Minute right lead speedbag with foot shuffle (hands
above head)
- 30 Seconds virtual jump rope with fast scissor feet
- 1 Minute left lead speedbag with foot shuffle
- 30 Seconds football run with frenzied flurries
Then heartrate check
I do it to fast (150+bpm) music and they just love it! Older
women swear by it for their flabby underarms. They always say,
"when we gonna do the speedbag?!"
