Definitely a no-brainer!

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 6453)

This is the first time I've submitted a pattern for Step, hope you enjoy it!

Step is horizontal.

Combo 1.

(Start move from back of step at towards the left end) Repeat. Change repeater to side leg raises, hamstring curls and kicks.

Combo 2.

Repeat from beginning. Phew!

Heel on Stretch back - there is probably another name for this - step on with right leg, press left heel to step,step down with left leg, lunge right leg back, or vice versa depending on the direction you are facing.
