This is a Step pattern from (pattern 6455)

Repeat with right leg on other side

Note 1: Move this down the bench from right end, middle, to left end of the bench.

Note 2: Do the 2 count hamstring curl and step down right, down left in front of the bench where you started.

Note 3: Do the posterior full leg extension lift left (2), then step down left, tap down right (2)
