More Punch Please

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 6468)

I am starting this punch pattern in right fight stance. Since these do not self-reverse (no choreography to reverse), you need to do unto the left as you have done unto the right.

#1.

Do as many sets as you wish. When you are finished change your fight stance to the left and repeat the entire sequence on the left.

#2.

(leg combination) (music speed slower for this)

Repeat the entire combination on the left lead.

Remind participants about retraction of the kick before fully extending. Have fun!
