Pedal Power

This is a Cycling pattern from (pattern 6483)

This is a dynamic pattern that our "YMCA Pedal Power" participants love to hate (or is it the other way around?).

Repeat this pattern and pace 4 times.

Maintain the same pattern but add a 16 count sprint to each position, one round at a time. Example:

Next round looks like this: Add the sprint to the last position, then start over or do all three positions with sprints in each (that one's pretty tough).
