This is a
Step pattern from

Bench is horizontal and all combos are 32 counts and
self-reversing.
#1
- Basic right x2 (8)
- Hamstrings on top of bench x3 and exit (8)
- Hop turn (4)
- V-step right (4)
- Hop turn (4)
- Mambo left (4)
Repeat left
#2
- Turnstep right (4)
- Grapevine left (back will facing the bench) (4)
- Grapevine right (facing left wall) (4)
- Mambo left (4)
- Diagonal corner (4)
- Small U-turn (4)
- Revolving door or over the top x2 (8)
Repeat left
#3
- Diagonal corner (4)
- 2 Jacks moving back (4)
- Peg leg or chug x2, up and over the bench (8)
- Knee repeaters (8)
- T-step (8)
Repeat left
#4
- Hamstring curls to each corner (8)
- Stomp (6)
- 1 Jack (2)
- Up and lunge x2 and exit (8)
- L-step (8)
