Courtney's Creative Combo
This is a
Hi/Lo pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 6490)
Hi/Lo 32-count combos. You use the whole room in this
routine, and it's really fun. I hope you and your classes
like turns as much as I do!
- Scoop with clap (or step touch forward right left with
clap) (8)
- Single knees back (8)
- Scoop with clap (or step touch forward right left
with clap) (8)
- Single knees back adding 360 turn on last two knees (8)
- Single side lunge right leg out then left (8)
- Double side lunge right leg then left, adding 360 turn
on left (8) (360 turn is optional)
- Grapevine left right 2x (16)
- REPEAT other lead
- Zig-zag grapevine right left backward (8)
- Hamstring forward, single arm push up (8)
- Double hamstring, both arms push up (16)
- REPEAT same lead (or add single/single/double on last
8 count double hamstring for REPEAT on left lead)
- Squat travel 3 right, shoulders pump up/down, hands out
flat (12)
- Jacks 2x (4)
- Mambo left 3x (front, side, front) (12)
- Pivot left 360 (4)
- OR
- Squat travel 3 right, shoulders pump up/down, hands out
flat (12)
- Jacks 2x (4)
- Single side lunge right leg out then left (8)
- Double side lunge right leg then left, adding 360 turn
on left (8) (360 turn is optional)
- REPEAT left
- Kick right left forward (4)
- Jog right left forward, arms pump up/down (4)
- Pony step right left, alternating arms (8)
- Knees backward (step knee, left knee first), arms
push (8)
- Knee step behind (double knee), arms reach and pull (8)
- REPEAT same lead--Add 1/4 turn on last knee step behind
and take combo around the room
