Bootcamp Plus

The following is just a little extra kick for those bootcamp classes. I teach with a partner in my bootcamp class and we take the class into the spinning room and do a 15 minute ride. Starting easier and taking it up hill, to sprinting. Right after the spinning we bring them back into the room and do team sprinting drills from cone to cone, tagging their teammates' hand. Our class loves it because they are constantly moving and working. It is tough but it adds some spice up to bootcamp. Before the spinning we do a 25 minute obstacle course including kickboxing, and plyometrics. Hopefully this will help out that boredom.
