Boot Camp

Another instructor and I have designed a boot camp class in which we do every exercise for 2 minutes, alternating between cardio and intense toning. We change the class every week including the way we set up the room and the type of equipment we use. This is just one partial example - we would love to hear ideas from anyone else teaching boot camp.
