21's burnin' biceps

Here's a killer bieps exercise using the body bar or hand
weights. This is one of my class' favorite exercises to do!
There are three steps to this exercise.
- STEP 1
Start with the bar/weights down by your side. Then
lift to 90 degrees. Do this seven times.
- STEP 2
Hold the bar/weights at 90 degree angle, then lift
to chest. Do this seven times.
- STEP 3
Do a regular biceps curl. Again do it seven
times.
It is all continuous.
Do this 3 or 4 times and your class will feel it in
the end!
