21's burnin' biceps

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 6529)

Here's a killer bieps exercise using the body bar or hand weights. This is one of my class' favorite exercises to do! There are three steps to this exercise.

It is all continuous.

Do this 3 or 4 times and your class will feel it in the end!
