This is a Step pattern from (pattern 6550)

Hi, yep... another first timer. Let me know what you think. Make sure you warm them up first!

Basic step pattern:

Lunges - off the bench:

Jack sequence (on the floor):


Squat sequence:

Step sequence:

You are now ready to reapeat...
(I do this by decreasing # of charlestons by 2 each time until we are at 1 and then go through the sequence 4 times.)

Boxing sequence:

Step sequence:

Tricep sequence:

Step sequence:

Repeat switching leads

Bicep Sequence: You can add any basic leg movement here

Start to cool down:

Repeat until class is cool


You can do a stretch in between

Stretch on the floor - all major muscle groups worked

*On stiff legged dead lifts - do with caution, slow and don't let them go down too far. Make sure with each of the exercises they are using their mental muscle -not just going through the motions.:)
