A little of everything w/ step

Here's an idea for all you bored steppers. I sometimes teach a class I call series. I do just a little of everything in this class. For example:

Then I go back and repeat the series again. Sometimes I can only get through the series twice in 45 minutes of cardio. It's a great workout and the time just flies by.

You can choose whatever fits your personality this way.

I got a lot of my plyometrics from my college basketball days, but there's all kinds of stuff out there. I hope to add some kickboxing after my certification this weekend.

The format is different every time. Big drawback: changing music in the middle of your class.
