Do You Want to Work those abs?

This is an Abs pattern from (pattern 6571)

The thing that really makes these hurt is to only come down half way, and not rest, to maintain the tension on the abs.

Start in the classic abdominal crunch position: Lying on back, feet on the floor,legs bent at 90 degrees, pelvic tilt to protect the the lower back.

Then go for set 2 (same thing). Do as many sets as they can. Tell them not to rest unless they have to (unless their abs are crawling up their torso to strangle them).
