Back Breaker

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 6590)

You will need a length of tubing for this exercise, which simulates a lat pull. Grasp the tubing on either end, several inches in from each handle. Extend your arms overhead. Now, pull the tubing out and slightly down, squeezing the shoulder blades together and down as you do. If you like, you can use the following sequence:
