Maximize your resistance

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 6081)

This is an idea I got from my boss Suzan. Thanks Suzan!!!

You combine your bodybar with the tube by placing the handles of the tube on the ends of the bar. You can do bicep curls by stepping in the loop that is made. You can also do upright rows, or you can put the loop under the risers of your step and do chest presses.

This is hard and you won't be able to do a lot of reps.
