The Flip Side 2

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 6125)

Standing in attack position. Right foot forward, leading with the right jab.

Ready to start on the left side

I usually start with Jab (1-2) Cross (3-4) Grab (5) Knee (6) Pause (7-8) then I go to Elbow (1) Uppercut (2) Reset (3-4) Which is a jump looking forward still with the same lead and eventually turning it into a jump turn 180 degrees. Then put it all together. Have fun! If anyone has any partner medicine drills let me know. Thanks.
