E.Bunny's ABSolution 2

This is an Abs pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 6134)

After you have done a few regular single lifts, add these moves into "overload" the abdominals, upper and lower!!!

It's the basic bicycle move, with knee coming in and other leg extended out a little above the floor. The important part is keeping the lower back anchored to the floor; this may mean the straightened leg is a little higher off the ground for those not as strong "abdominally"! Also, as you twist the elbow to the knee as it comes in, don't twist the neck...keep looking forward so only the elbow/knee moves.

The biggest mistake I see in form in classes is people doing double crunches with knees coming in to the nose. It should be a hip lift with knees coming toward the ceiling as you lift the head. Any questions??? Please email me!!
