Total Body Workout

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 6142)

This is a one hour TOTAL BODY WORKOUT if you recognise bits of yours then thank you for your inspiration. Feedback much appreciated. It is based on 4 1/2 minutes hi/lo followed by 2.5 minutes of toning with abs & back to finish.

Warm Up

Combo One (32 counts)

Repeat left lead

Combo Two (32)

Repeat left lead

Short Stretch of all MAJOR Muscle groups

Here's the hard work

Cardio 1 CHASAY AWAY (32)

Repeat left lead

Toning ONE

Using handweights - feet are alternate heel raise Reduce to 4 reps each exercise
Then reduce to 2
Single reps of each exercise x 8

Cardio TWO Repeat IT (64)

Toning TWO

Repeat above using abductors

Cardio THREE LUNGE IT (32)

Repeat left

Toning 3

Repeat on left

Cardio 4 (64) Grapevine Kisses

Repeat left lead



Repeat on left


FOLLOWED by a good 10 minute strettttch!!!!!!!!
