This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 6145)

*** Start with your palms together at the chest, slowly lift your arms over your head and spread them to each side - let your fingers still point up (count one). From there, lift your arms back to meet in front again (count two). Thats all! It looks very elegant!

This last block is the toughest one. I haven't taught it yet, but it's coming up!

I guess some parts of this can be difficult to understand. Please don't hesitate to ask!
