Curl it up!!!

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 6146)

*Grapevine-twist: grapevine 1-2-3-4 with a twist on the end (hip,hip,hip,hip) 5-6-7-8

**Stutter-strut: Football-like. In a bit of a squat, arms out parallel to floor, power the feet.

***Basketball dunk: In a squat position to start. As if you are going to throw a basket with both hands. Lifting out of the squat and then back down.

****Floor sweep: A low squat, similar to a hamstring curl, but the feet are closer to the floor and are "sweeping" back and forth. Key to get as low in your squat as possible. Major quad burn!

Combination #4 is my power stuff. Get the heart rates up and work those legs!!! :)
