Too Intense

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 6149)

Start this pattern gradually or your participants will fade quickly!!

With weights at side, start with a double squat right and then left. Do this a couple times then lift the arms to shoulder height holding hands in a protect position keep double squat going. On the beginnig of a new phrase (32 count) add in arms. When travelling right the right arm extends out while the left arm stays in the protect position,change arms when travelling left (x4)

Adding on- After travelling to the right side and back, stop in front of the step add in 4 fast heels on the step pushing arms out at chest then travel left and back add 4 fast heels on step push arms over head. When put together this is a 32 count. Repeat 4 times.

This is somewhat fast and very intense so modify for your class! My class loves this routine but they tend to cry for mercy ENJOY!!
