Rock Bottom BootCamp

Running out of bootcamp ideas? Here's a different format that you can vary. It's a great cardio work out and it makes your bottom rock hard. (at least for a few days!)

Equipment set up: steps, stairs, weight room, weights, basketball court, area to run, resist-a-ball

Warm up: light walk, speed walk, light run, speed walk, active stretch.

Tricep pushups (regular pushup position with elbows by side)
Ab stabilization pushups (straight leg push up position, elbows on floor, with abs pulled in and bottom lifted, raise hips 1/2 inch up towards the ceiling and repeat)

Reverse curls with ball
More abs
