Quad Burner

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 6159)

Begin everything on the left side. This combo switches from the right side to the left side each time instead of repeating the same combo several times on one side before switching to the other.

I break this combo down by doing the knees and the dip several times. While we are doing the knees and dips I let them know that we will be adding a front kick and side kick. After we do that much of the combo several times, I tell them to add alternating crosses. Finally we do the entire combo.
