Step Cross

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 6175)

I've really enjoyed everyone's Box Aerobics combos and thought I would add one of mine.

Hands up in guard position.

Facing the front of the room, you will be moving this pattern laterally.

Change direction and repeat the step cross pattern on the left x2 with power squats in the middle.

I always give a low impact alternative for the power squats.
