Boxing Warm-up

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 6176)

Facing the front of the room.

Start with toe taps right and left -- I cue the group to place their hands on their quads and to get deep in the middle.

Repeat the whole pattern again

Then throw in your dynamic stretches for the large muscle groups.

Continue facing the front of the room

Introduce punches

Repeat starting with the jabs, and now you are ready to go.
