Walk That Rope

This is an Abs pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 6173)

My classes always moan when they know this is coming, but end up thanking me for pushing them so hard.

After I have done all the regular variations of abs:

Laying on your back with both feet planted on the ground, I tell my class to "dig your heels in"-this helps.

This is my first time writing out an ab workout in words that someone else can understand. I hope this makes sense...let me know!
