E.Bunny's Dynamite Delts

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 6174)

I use 5 pound weights; don't go any heavier due to the slowness of the workout...this will keep your members from using the "momentum" to lift the weights!

Combo 1: Side Delts

Combo 2: Front Delts

(exact same counts at side delts)

**This is tough...remember to tell members they can alternate arms if needed. You can also bend your elbows a little more, shortening the length of the lever (arm), making it a little easier.

Here's another challenge for those needing to be pushed...again, don't got any heavier than 5 pound weights!!

Combo 1: Side Delts

You are doing an isometric hold with one arm while the other comes down and up.

Combo 2: Front Delts

When I teach these in sculpting class, I only do 2 or 3 repetitions of the combo as this can be a killer!! Please let me know what you think and if you have any questions..Thanks!!
