Krazy about Kickboxing

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 6178)

O.K., here goes my suggestion debut!
They aren't anything really fancy--just a few basic combos that my classes love:

Combo #1:

Left leg forward, fighting stance (be sure to emphasize fists near the chin and elbows in tightly) Simple 8-count: I cue it as "jab-straight-jab-jab-knee-and-kick"
Repeat 8-16 times on one side, jacks in place, then the other side.

Combo #2:

Here's a good burner--get's their heart rates up, too!

Combo #3:

This one works best if the beat isn't too fast, so that their kicks can be done more slowly and controlled.
