This is an Aquatic pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 6193)

Hi all! I would love to see more posts for aquatic combos. If anyone else out there has any it would be great to hear from you. Now, to put my money where my mouth is... here is one from me to share.

After a good warm up and stretch...

On the pendulums for don't suspend just add a stag jump or cue it kick your butt. Between the moves go back to level 1 for only 8 counts and pump them up for it.

Between each section go back to the jog and jacks to break thing up.

I hope that you understand this. If you are not familar with the levels email me and I will explain it to you. This is only one simple combo I have tons more but I was waiting to see if there were anyone else out there was intrested in water fitness.
