This is a
BoxAerobics pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 6209)
Here is one combination that my class really likes.
- Left leg forward, fighting stance
- Left jab
- Right reverse
- Left jab
- DUCK (down and up 2 counts)
- Left knee
- Left front kick
You can do this as many times as the class level will permit,
then change sides. (usual for me is 8 per side)
MODIFICATIONS:
- After one time through the combination, change the front
kick to a side kick or a roundhouse kick.
- Another idea is to start with the left jab and build it
up step by step.
