*Block 3 is actually very easy - the basic version is: 1 V-step, 3 alternating knees, 2 V-steps, 2 alternating knees. This is how I start teaching it. I give them a visual cue watching me the the walks before I have them do it. My cues are: V-step walk walk walk knee 2 walks 2 alternating knees (I usually only have to say all that a couple of times before they have it. The second parts is 2 V-steps the first one is on the bench as you come off turn for 2 steps hold facing back on the floor to do 2nd V-step then turn back to front for 2 steps. Have fun - email me if you have any questions.
