Step pattern from

I teach an intermediate class every Saturday morning. This
is a fun workout. Enjoy :)
Bench is horizontal and all combos are 32 counts and
self-reversing.
#1
- Alternate hamstring curls to each corner (8)
- Step up on top and 2 jacks on top of bench and exit (8)
- Alternate squats on bench or on floor (8)
- V-step right (4)
- Mambo right with a ball change to get to your
left leg (4)
Repeat left
#2
- Shuffle right or chase' right (4)
- Hop up or tap up (4)
- A-step facing front x2 (8)
- Shuffle left or chase' left (4)
- L-step off the left (8)
- Mambo left (4)
Repeat left
#3
- V-step right x2 (8)
- 1/2 L-step off the left (4)
- Across the top (4)
- Step touch x2 **you will be facing the back wall (4)
- Hop turn (4)
- Knee repeaters (8)
Repeat left
